Does Amarie's Boutique offer Refunds?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
- You received a damaged, defective or incorrect item
Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be refunded back to your E-Gift Card. Please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.

If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ETwill begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY . *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package you will have to pay $20.
